The Defendant <br />shall be awarded as his sole and separate property free and clear of any <br />interest ofthe PlaintifF the 1994 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer, VIN <br />#1GNDT13W5R0154769 presently in his possession and he shall pay <br />and hold the Plaintiff harmless from any and all liability for any loans or <br />encumbrances against said vehicle. <br />14.The Plaintiff shall have her maiden name of Michelle Lynn Houdek <br />restored to her. <br />15. No alimony is awarded. <br />16. Each party shall pay his or her own attomey fees and court costs <br />associated with this action. <br />17. Any sums due under this Decree shall accrue interest at the rate of <br />2.056%. <br />18. This .Dissolution of Marriage shall become final and operative except for <br />purposes of review on appeal without any further action of the Court <br />upon a) the date of death of one of the parties to the dissolution; or b) <br />thirty days after the Decree is rendered, whichever occurs first. <br />19. If the Decree becomes �final and operative upon the date of death of one <br />of the parties to the dissolution the Decree shall be treated as if it <br />became final and operative on the day it was rendered. <br />20.
