<br />Deed of Trust dated May 31, 2005, executed by Travis L Fairbanks; A Single Person; in which Five
<br />Points Bank, A Nebraska Corporation, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded June 2, 2005 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and recorded as Instrument #0200504980, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />TI� WEST SEVENTEEN (17) FEET OF LOT ONE (1), ALL OF LOT TWO (2), AND
<br />TI-� EASTERLY EIGHT (8) FEET OF LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK SEVEN (7), OF
<br />MACCOLL & LEFLANG'S ADDTfION TO 'TI� TOWN OF WOOD RNER, HALL
<br />COiJNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />a/k/a 311 E 6�' Street, Wood River, NE 68883
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW TI�REFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
