<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, Geneva,
<br />Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of TYust dated April 16, 2010 executed by Contryman 8t
<br />Associates Properties, a Nebraska General Partnership, as Trustors, in which Geneva State Bank, 896
<br />G Street, Geneva. Nebraska, is named as Beneflciary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded
<br />April 28, 2010 in Instrument #0201002523 of Mortgsage in the office of the Register of Deeds Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneflciary thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey
<br />�, the following described premises, reciting that a portion of the sum secured by such Deed of Trust have
<br />been paid and that such Deed of 'IYust and the Note secured thereby have been amended to reflect the
<br />Partial Deed of Reconveyance herein.
<br />NOW, 1'HEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provision of such Deed of Truat,
<br />the undersigned as 'IYustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to wit:

<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />1`his Partial Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express terms and conditions that it shall in no
<br />wise affect the lien of the above mentioned Deed of Trust on the remaining land described in said Deed of
<br />Trust, but shall be construed as a reconveyance by the undersigned of the land above described.
