Successors andlor Assigns, hereinafter called LENDER #2 � <br />and Alan R Usher and Joanna L Usher, Husband and Wife, hereina.fter called BORROWER, <br />WHEREAS, BORROWER is the owner of the real estate hereinafter called <br />PROPERTY which is described as: <br />LOT TWO ( 2), PARADISE LAKE ESTATES FIFTH SUBDIVISION, HALL <br />COUNTY,NEBRASKA <br />WHEREAS, BORROWER has executed a Note in a principal amount of $86,841.68 with a <br />curtent balance of $86,627.69 secured by a Mortgage/Deed of Trust in favor of LENDER #1, <br />covering the PROPERTY, recorded on as Inst.
