<br /> by KEVIN GILL AND ANGELA GILL,HUSBAND AND WIFE,as trustor,to Earl D.Ahlschwede,
<br /> Attorney,as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING
<br /> AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as
<br /> Beneficiary,dated OCTOBER 30, 1997,and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br /> HALL County,Nebraska as Document No. 97-109371,has been paid,and the Beneficiary has
<br /> requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br /> its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br /> interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br /> described in paragraph 3 below.
