Bulin and Kathy Bulin, as Husband and Wife, as <br />Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank 8� Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte <br />Valley State Bank 8 Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 19, 2006, <br />recorded January 20, 2006 as Instrument #200600576 and a Modification to that Deed of Trust <br />dated July 30, 2008 and recorded August 5, 2008 as Instrument #200806701 both in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has <br />requested that this D'eed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described <br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
