<br />between Nebraska Publi Power Dis�(ict, a p blic corporation and political subdivision of the State of
<br />Nebraska, and C.haP��,S mG Lbv�G�� , the
<br />undersigned grantor(s), being the original grantor(s) or the successor(s) in interest to the original
<br />grantor(s) of an electric transmission line right-of-way easement granted to Nebraska Public Power
<br />District, its successors and assigns, which easement is on file and recorded in Miscellaneous Book 22,
<br />Page 519 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Whereas, in the maintenance and operation of the existing electric transmission line over and along said
<br />right-of-way easement Nebraska Public Power District desires to remove an existing two-pole structure
<br />and piace a five-pole structure and ten anchors with cattle guy guards in the existing electric transmission
<br />line on sald right-of-way easement;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of $ �, 0 0 , recepi t of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />and the further payment of a sum to make total payment of $ 130 0, (� v for the removal of
<br />the existing two-pole structure and placement of a five-pole structure and ten anchors with cattle guy
<br />guards pursuant to the grant hereof, the undersigned grantor(s) hereby grant(s) and convey(s) unto
<br />Nebraska Public Power District, its successors and assigns, the permanent right, title, and interest to
<br />piace a froe-pole structure and ten anchors with cattle guy guards in the existing electric transmission line
<br />on said right-of-way easement across the following described property:
<br />THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 10
<br />NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6 P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />subject to the same terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in said original right-of-way easement
<br />unless otherwise expressly provided herein.
<br />REMOVE THE EXISTING TWO-POLE STRUCTURE LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 50
<br />FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST
<br />QUARTER. PLACE A NEW FIVE-POLE STRUCTURE AT A LOCATION
<br />APPROXIMATELY 75 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SOUTH HALF OF
<br />THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER ON THE CENTERLINE OF THE EXISTING ELECTRIC
<br />TRANSMISSION LINE, SAID LOCATION IS APPROXIMATELY 25 FEET NORTH OF
<br />THE TWO-POLE STRUCTURE BEING REMOVED. PLACE ONE ANCHOR WITH A
<br />CATTLE GUY GUARD 75 FEET NORTH AND ONE ANCHOR WITH A CATTLE GUY
<br />GUARD 75 FEET SOUTH OF EACH OF THE POLES OF THE NEW FIVE-POLE
<br />STRUCTURE WITHIN THE EXISTING RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT AREA.
<br />The District agrees to pay the Grantor(s) or Lessee, as their interests may appear, for any damage to
<br />personal property, fences, livestock, and to growing crops caused by the survey, construction, operation,
<br />maintenance, inspection, repair, removal, alteration, relocation, reconstruction, and construction of said
<br />line. Final payment shall be made on or before 60 days after completion of the construction stated herein.
