<br />a part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E'/z NW'/a) of Section Fourteen (14),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6�' P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof
<br />Whereas, Horacio D. Vazquez, is the owner of the following described property:
<br />All of the West One-Thirty (W�/s) of Lot One (1), excepting the North Two Hundred
<br />Eleven (211) Feet thereof, in Windolph's Subdivision, a part of the West Half of the
