<br />GIPH RESTAURANTS L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, GRANTOR, for
<br />good and valuable consideration, effective as of January 1, 2012, does grant, baxgain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto STAAB REAL ESTATE, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability
