<br /> and dedicate for the use and benefit of all owners and subsequent owners of Lots

<br /> easement over, across and upon the easterly eight (8) feet of Lots One (1) to
<br /> Twelve (12) i nclusive and the westerly eight (8) feet of Lots Thirteen (13) to
<br /> 'trend*-fcur (24) inclusive for the installation, maintenance, repair and replace-
<br /> :._ent of public utilities including, but not limited to, telephone lines, elec-
<br /> tric light and power'lines, gas mains, water mains and sewer mains for use of
<br /> the respective owners of each of said Lots and of said Subdivision, which grant
<br /> and dedication is hereby made with : free consent and in accordance with my
<br /> raesires as the owner and proprietor thereof.
