i aSt <br /> (Short Form) <br /> This lease made in quadruplicate this 2,Z day of _19 54. <br /> by and between <br /> MARK PROPERTIES INC. , a Nebraska Corporation with <br /> principal office in the Stern Building, Grand Island, Nebraska <br /> herein referred to as Landlord, and F. W. WOOLWORTH CO., a corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of New York, having its Executive Office at No. 233 Broadway, New York, <br /> New York, herein referred to as Tenant. <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> For and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) dollar and other valuable consideration paid <br /> and to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord, the Landlord does demise and let unto the Tenant and the <br /> Tenant does lease and take from the Landlord, upon the terms and conditions and subject to the limitations <br /> more particularly set forth in a certain agreement between the Landlord and Tenant bearing even date <br /> herewith (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), the premises situated in the <br /> City of Grand Island County of Hall State of Nebraska <br /> now known as 309 West Third Street, <br /> (Street numbers and name) <br /> and consisting of land, together with the improvements thereon <br /> (Floors,Basement or entire Building) <br /> and more particularly described MINIM by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> COMMENCING at a point on the Northerly line of Block 64, Original v.' <br /> Town, now City of Grand Island, State of ,Nebraska, which line is also <br /> the Southerly line of Third Street, 66 feet Westerly of the Northeasterly <br /> corner of said Block 64, thence; <br /> SOUTHERLY along the Easterly line of Lot 2 in Block 64 a distance <br /> of 132 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 2 and the Northerly <br /> line of the public alley in Block 64, thence; <br /> WESTERLY, perpendicular to the aforementioned course and along the <br /> Southerly line of Lot 2 and the Northerly line of the public alley in <br /> Block_64 a distance of 44 feet, thence; <br /> NORTHERLY, perpendicular to the last mentioned course and parallel <br /> to the Westerly line of Lot 2,along and contiguous to lands now owned <br /> by Emil R. Guendel, a distance of 132 feet to a point on the Northerly <br /> line of Lot 2 and the Southerly line of Third Street, thence; <br /> EASTERLY, perpendicular to the last mentioned (132 feet) course <br /> and along the Northerly line of Lot 2 and the Southerly line of Third <br />• Street a distance of 44 feet to the point or place of beginning. <br /> TOGETHER with all easements, rights and appurtenances in connection therewith or thereunto <br /> belonging. <br /> To have and to hold the same for the term of �5 Years and 4 Months, <br /> to commence on the 1st day of January 19 55 , and end on the thirtieth <br /> day of April, 19 80 , at Midnight, unless sooner terminated as in the Agreement provided. <br />
