Livingston, being first duly sworn upon his oath <br /> deposes and says that he is a resident of Grand Island, <br /> Hall County, Nebraska, and is a licensed funeral director <br /> and mortician and has practiced his profession in Grand <br /> Island , Nebraska, for more than twenty years last past ; <br /> that he was well and personally acquainted with Orval L. <br /> Reynolds, to him known to be the husband of Maisie Rose <br /> Reynolds, the grantee in a certain Warranty Deed conveying <br /> Lot Seven (7 ) in Block Eight (8) in Bonnie Brae Addition <br /> to the City of Grand Island , Nebraska , which deed is <br /> recorded in Book 79, at Page 559, of the Deed Records of <br /> Hall County, Nebraska; that affiant personally knows of <br /> his own personal knowledge that the above referred to <br /> Orval L.
