Bonsack, being first duly sworn on oath deposes <br /> and says that he is a resident and inhabitant of Hall County for more <br /> than 20 years last past and that he is well and personally acquainted <br /> with Esther W. Lovell and Cloyd J. Lovell; E. Russell Whitford and <br /> Joyce E. Whitford; Dorothy W. Ertel and Elmer F. Ertel; Elmer T. <br /> Wiggins and Ina Wiggins particularly during the years of 1945 and 1946. <br /> Your affiant being a brother-in-law of the said Elmer T. Wiggins. <br /> That your affiant knows of his own knowledge the said Esther <br /> W. Lovell and Cloyd J. Lovell were wife and husband; and that the <br /> said E. Russell Whitford and Joyce E. Whitford were husband and wife; <br /> and that the said Dorothy W. Ertel and Elmer F. Ertel were wife and <br /> husband and that the said Elmer T.
