<br /> Re: Lot Seven (7), in Block Twelve (12) ,'
<br /> in H. G. Clark's Addition to the City
<br /> of Grand Island, Hall County., Nebraska.
<br /> MAX E. MOSES, being first duly sworn, on his oath, deposes
<br /> and says that he is of legal age, that he is a resident of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and has been such a resident for
<br /> about 45 years last past, since 1909.
<br /> Affiant further states that he was well and personally
<br /> acquainted with 0. N. Strickler and Maxwell Moses, grantees, who
<br /> received title to the above described property by warranty deed
<br /> dated and acknowledged on August 28, 1925, filed on August 29, 1925,
<br /> and recorded in Book 62, at Page 439, of the. Deed Records of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska; and that he was well and personally acquainted
<br /> with Oscar N. Strickler and Clara Strickler, husband and wife, and
<br /> Maxwell E. Moses, single, grantors 'who conveyed title to the above
<br /> described premises by warranty deed dated January 12, 1933, acknow-
<br /> ledged on January 17, 1933, and January 19, 1933, filed on January
<br /> 24, 1933, and recorded in Book 74, at Page 27, of the Deed Records
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska; that the said Clara Strickler was affiant's
<br /> mother; that the said 0. N. Strickler and Oscar N. Strickler, who
<br /> was affiant's stepfather, was one and the same individual, notwith-
<br /> standing the discrepancy in names; and that the said Maxwell Moses
<br /> and Maxwell E. Moses, who was single at that time, was one and the
<br /> same individual, notwithstanding the discrepancy in names, he being
<br /> one and the same individual as this affiant, who now uses the name
<br /> of Max E. Moses.
<br /> Further, affiant sayeth not.
