<br /> says that he is a resident of Grand Island, Nebraska, and has re-
<br /> sided in said City for more than 20 years last past; that he is
<br /> County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, and has served in such
<br /> capacity for more than 6 years.
<br /> Affiant further states that as a County Official he has charge
<br /> of the records of Hall County and is familiar with the records of
<br /> Hall County,Nebraska, and personally knows that in Tax Foreclosure
<br /> Proceedings brought by the County of Hall that said County is
<br /> referred to interchangeably as the County of Hall,County of Hall ,Trustee,
<br /> and County of Hall, State of Nebraska, Trustee.
<br /> Affiant further states that the "County of Hall", Grantee in a
<br /> Sheriff's Deed recorded in Book 83, of Deeds, at page 95, in the
<br /> Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County Nebraska, and the
<br /> "County of Hall, State of Nebraska, Trustee," Grantor in a Deed
<br /> Recorded in Book 86, at Page 228, Deed Records in the Office of the
<br /> Register of Deeds of said County and State, and the "County of Hall,
<br /> Trustee", referred to in the Return to Order of Sale in the Fore-
<br /> closure Proceedings had in the District Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, ''County of Hall, Plaintiff, VS Anna A. Huston, et al.,
<br /> Defendants", Case No. 8723, are all one and the same Corporation,
<br /> irregardless of the Discrepancy in names.
