<br /> Harley G. Candish, being first duly sworn upon his oath deposes
<br /> and says that he is a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> and has been such resident for more than 35 years last past; that he is
<br /> well and personally acquainted with Henrietta Baer, who is the
<br /> Grantor in a certain Warranty Deed dated June 10, 1952 and recorded
<br /> in Book 103, on Page 103, of the Deed Records of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, which deed did not disclose her martial status, and which
<br /> deed conveyed title to East One-half of the East Two Hundred
<br /> Seventy (270) Feet of Lot Twelve (12) , in Vantinets Subdivision,
<br /> located on a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW*) of Section Twenty-
<br /> two (22) , in Township Eleven (11) , North, Range Nine (9) , West of
<br /> the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, in Hall County, Nebraska, to
<br /> Nitzel and Company, and Affiant positively knows, of his own
<br /> personal knowledge that such Henrietta Baer, was on the date of said
<br /> Deed, June 10, 1952, a single and unmarried woman.
<br /> Further affiant saith not.
