Holmes, of legal age, being first duly sworn on <br /> oath says: That he is well acquainted with Riki Maria Inouye, a <br /> widow, who conveyed the following described property to Francis <br /> J. Sanehisa, the said property being conveyed being described as <br /> follows : <br /> All of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Frank P. <br /> Bark's Sub-division of part of the East Half <br /> (E2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE*), Section <br /> Ten (10), Township Eleven (11), North, Range <br /> Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, <br /> Nebraska. <br /> The above-described property was conveyed by Warranty Deed <br /> dated July 23, 1954, and recorded in Book 111 of Deeds at Page <br /> 213 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska. The affiant knows of his own knowledge that Riki Maria <br /> Ionuye is one and the same person as Riki Maria Inouye, notwith- <br /> standing said discrepancy in names. <br /> Further the affiant sayeth not. <br /> v.; <br /> ' Louis A.
