DENTON, of lawful age, being first duly sworn, on <br /> oath deposes and states: <br /> He is the duly elected, qualified and acting Secretary and <br /> Assistant Treasurer of Anchor Petroleum Company, an Oklahoma cor- . <br /> Iporation with principal offices in the Atlas Life Building at <br /> Tulsa, Oklahoma, the Seller or Vendor in the attached Conditional <br /> Sales Agreement. The name of the Vendee or Buyer in such Condi- <br /> tional Sales Agreement is R. J. Baird, a resident of the city of <br /> Cairo, Hall County, State of Nebraska, doing business as Baird <br /> Propane Company. The description of the property covered and to <br /> be sold by such Conditional Sales Agreement is as follows: <br /> One (1) steel propane storage tank of approximately <br /> 30,000 water gallon capacity, with fittings, Serial <br /> No. 53106, manufactured by Eaton Metal Products <br /> Corporation, Omaha, Nebraska. <br /> Said tank is located upon a tract of land leased by R. J. Baird <br /> from the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company, more par- <br /> ticularly described as follows: <br /> In the NW/4 NW/4 of Section 19, Township 12 North, <br /> Range 11 West, Hall County, Nebraska, as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point 43.5 ft. southwest at right angles <br /> from center line of main track, 147 ft. southeast meas- <br /> ured along said center line from its intersection with <br /> the east line of Thebes St. produced, thence southeast <br /> parallel with said center line and not within 8.5 ft. of <br /> the center line of tract #2, 100 ft., thence southwest <br /> at right angles to center line of main track 95 ft., to <br /> the south right of way line of the C.B.& Q.R.R. Co., <br /> thence west in said south right of way line 44 ft. to a <br /> point 150 ft. from the center line of the main track, <br /> thence northwest parallel with said center line 58 ft. , <br /> thence northeast at right angles to said center line <br /> 106.5 ft. to point of beginning, containing 10,408 sq. <br /> ft., more or less. <br /> The full and true interest of the Vendor or Seller in the attached <br /> ( Conditional Sales Agreement is that of a Conditional Sales Vendor <br /> for Seller, it being the intention of the parties to the said <br /> Conditional Sales Agreement that title to the tank shall be re- <br /> tained and held by the Vendor or Seller until the full purchase <br /> price of said tank, interest thereon, and other sums due under <br /> said Conditional Sales Agreement have been paid in full by the <br /> Vendee or Buyer, and that if the Vendee or Buyer shall default in <br /> any of the terms or provisions of said Conditional Sales Agree- <br /> I <br />
