<br /> CONDITIONAL SALES AGREEMENT
<br /> On this 2nd day of June , 1954, at Tulsa, Oklahoma, in
<br /> consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter
<br /> contained, IT IS AGREED by and between ANCHOR PETROLEUM COMPANY,
<br /> an Oklahoma corporation with principal offices at Tulsa, Oklahoma
<br /> (hereinafter called "SELLER"), and R. J. BAIRD, a resident of the
<br /> City of Cairo, Hall County, State of Nebraska, doing business
<br /> as BAIRD PROPANE COMPANY (hereinafter called "BUYER"), as follows:
<br /> SELLER agrees to sell, and BUYER agrees to purchase, the
<br /> following described tank, to-wit:
<br /> One (1) steel propane storage tank of approximately
<br /> 30,000 water gallon capacity, with fittings, Serial
<br /> No. 53106, manufactured by Eaton Metal Products
<br /> Corporation, Omaha, Nebraska,
<br /> for a purchase price of Nine Thousand Four Hundred Ten and 48/100
<br /> Dollars (*9,410.48), plus any applicable taxes. Said tank is
<br /> presently in the possession of BUYER under a certain Tank Lease
<br /> Agreement from SELLER dated April 3, 1953, recorded in Book I of
<br /> Miscellaneous at Page 285 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, which this Conditional Sales Agreement
<br /> supersedes. Said tank is located upon a tract of land leased by
<br /> BUYER from the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company,
<br /> located in the NW/4 NW/4 of Section 19, Township 12 North, Range
<br /> 11 West, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br /> II.follows, to-wit:
<br /> Beginning at a point 43.5 ft. southwest at right angles
<br /> from center line of main track, 147 ft. southeast meas-
<br /> ured along said center line from its intersection with
<br /> the east line of Thebes St. produced, thence southeast
<br /> parallel with said center line and not within 8.5 ft. of
<br /> the center line of track #2, 100 ft., thence southwest
<br /> (I at right angles to center line of main track 95 ft., to
<br /> the south right of way line of the C.B.& Q. R. R. Co.,
<br /> � thence west in said south right of way line 44 ft. to a
<br /> point 150 ft. from the center line of the main track,
<br /> thence northwest parallel with said center line 58 ft.,
<br /> II thence northeast at right angles to said center line
<br /> 106.5 ft. to point of beginning, containing 10,408 sq.
<br /> ft. , more or less.
