FT f <br /> EASEMENT FOR ELECTRIC LINES. <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> That Great Lakes Pipe Line Company <br /> of Jackson County, Missouri, in consideration of $ 1.00 receipt of <br /> which isihereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the Consumers Public Power <br /> Distract (hereinafter called "District") its lessees, successors and assigns, the per- <br /> manent right, privilege and easement of a right-of-way to construct, operate, maintain <br /> and removeall necessary poles, wires, guys and other necessary equipment in connection <br /> therewith, including substation, on and across the following described property situated <br /> ' in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br /> The Northwest one quarter (NW ) of Section Seventeen ( 17) , Township Nine ( 9) North, <br /> Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. <br /> The pole line and substation to be located upon the <br /> above described property as shown on Print No.14-C-548 <br /> marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. The facilities located under this ease- <br /> ment shall be limited to those necessary for <br /> supplying electricit to Grantor and shall be used solely <br /> for his purpose.
