<br /> Carl E. Carlson, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and
<br /> states that he is a resident of Shelton, Buffalo County, Nebraska;
<br /> that he is the son of Erlan G. Carlson, and that he had two
<br /> sisters; namely: Cary Carlson and Leda Carlson, and one brother,
<br /> Seford G. Carlson.
<br /> Affiant further deposes and states that on date of March 18,
<br /> 1901, he, under the name of Carl E. Carlson, his sister, Cary
<br /> Carlson, and his sister and brother-in-law, Leda Wyman and Bernett
<br /> Wyman, executed a quit claim deed to his brother, Seford Carlson.
<br /> Affiant further states that his sister, Cary Carlson, also
<br /> went under the name of Carrie Carlson, Carolyn Carlson and Carry
<br /> Carlson; however, regardless of the spelling of her name, she was
<br /> one and the same person, and that it was his sister who signed
<br /> and acknowledged said deed.
<br /> Affiant further deposes and states that his sister, Leda
<br /> Wyman, who executed the same nuit claim deed, together with her
<br /> husband, Bernett Wyman, also went by the name of Leda C. Wyman,
<br /> but that Leda Wyman and Leda C. Wyman was one and the same person.
<br /> Affiant further deposes and states that his father's real
<br /> and true name was Erlan G. Carlson, but that when they probated
<br /> his estate in the County Court of Buffalo County, Nebraska, that
<br /> they probated it under the name of E. G. Carlson, but that Erlan
<br /> G. Carlson and E. G. Carlson was one and the same person.
<br /> Affiant further deposes and states that his middle name is
<br /> Edwin, but that Carl E. Carlson and Carl Edwin Carlson is one
<br /> and the same person.
<br /> Affiant further deposes and saith not.
