AFFIDAVIT PERTAINING TO THE EAST ONE-HALF OF <br /> THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER <br /> (E2SE4NE) of SECTION SEVENTEEN (17), TOWNSHIP <br /> TWELVE (12), NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE <br /> 6TH P. M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br /> ( ss: <br /> COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> Louis A. Holmes, being first duly sworn, on oath deposes and <br /> says that during the year 1946 he was engaged in the practice of law <br /> in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that he is well and <br /> personally acquainted with the estate proceedings had in the County <br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska in the matter of the Estate of Carl J. F. <br /> Beyer, also known as Charles Beyer, deceased, and that he was the <br /> attorney employed in connection therewith and in connection with pro- <br /> ceedings had in said Court in the matter of the guardianship of Charles <br /> Beyer, a minor, wherein Bertha A. Beyer was appointed and qualified as <br /> guardian and that he represented the said guardian in proceedings had in <br /> the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska for license to sell real <br /> estate and that he prepared the deeds conveying the premises above <br /> described and as herein referred to; that the said Bertha A. Beyer <br /> executed a dded conveying an undilided one-eighth interest in said real <br /> estate to Henry Trampe which is recorded in Book 89 at page 198 and that <br /> the said Bertha A. Beyer executed said deed as the guardian of the <br /> Estate of Charles Beyer, a minor; that he prepared the quit claim deed <br /> recorded in Book 89 at page 199 and that at the time of the execution of <br /> said deed, John F. Beyer and Sarah Beyer were husband and wife, May Beyer <br /> and Charles H. Beyer were wife and husband, Clara E. Winkler and Howard <br /> Winkler were wife and husband, Merle 0. Page and Mary A. Page were wife <br /> and husband, and Rose H. Foster and Nathan C. Foster were wife and <br /> husband, and executed said deed as such and the fact that their marital <br /> status was not shown in said deed was an oversight.
