A F F I D A V I T,. <br /> Re Lots'4 5-6 Block 2 Fry's addition to the Village of <br /> Doniphan County 'of Hall, State of Nebraska. <br /> Alice (Gideon) Scales first being duly sworn, deposes <br /> and says: <br /> That Mary A. Gallacher died November 30, 1939, at 1648 <br /> No. Park Ave. Fremont,' Nebraska. <br /> That John Gallacher died December 16, 1940, at Seattle, <br /> Washington, leaving widow Frances and no issue. Will <br /> probated at Seattle, Washington without reference to above <br /> described property. <br /> That Sarah Kissinger died intestate, December 26, 1940 <br /> at Atlanta, Georgia, leaving husband Lou Kissinger and three <br /> daughters, Alice White, Dorothy Lundeen and Marjorie White. <br /> The three daughters just mentioned quit claimed the home of <br /> Sarah Kissinger, located at 718 No. Lexington, Hastings,Neb <br /> raska, without mention of above described property. <br /> That Lou Kissinger died intestate and without funds on <br /> April 24, 1946, his only issue being said Alice White, Dor- <br /> othy Lundeen and Marjorie White. <br /> That John E. Marsh, husband of Anna Marsh, died July,9 <br /> 1947, at Fremont, Nebraska . <br /> Deponent further says that under the terms of the will <br /> of the late John Gallacher, Sr. , Mary A. Gallacher held a <br /> lifetime tenure. Property then to be divided equally between <br /> Sarah Kissinger, Anna Marsh, Alice Gideon, Mary Kindig now <br /> Mary Hitch and John Gallacher. <br /> That all of the original heirs or their descendants <br /> have, duly executed Quit Claim Deeds to above described property <br /> in favor of Alice (Gideon) Scales and that there is no further <br /> possible heir. <br /> (Seal) <br /> October 14, 1947 <br /> Date - Alice Scales <br /> -1- <br /> _ / — <br />
