<br /> I, Arthur C. Mayer, being first duly sworn on my oath, depose and say
<br /> that I am a duly admitted and practicing attorney-at-law in Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, and am a resident thereof and have been such for more than thirty-
<br /> three years last past; that I personally well knew R. Wayne O'Neal, whose wife
<br /> is Henrietta B. O'Neal, and who acquired title to Lot Seventy-three (73) in
<br /> Buenavista Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, by virtue of the warranty deed recorded in Book 105 at Page 511 of
<br /> Deed Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> that I have known said R, Wayne O'Neal for more than seventeen years last
<br /> past; I positively know that said R. Wayne O'Neal, whose real, full name is
<br /> Roll .n1 Wayne O'Neal, now is and has been for more than seventeen years last
<br /> past a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that he weighs approxi-
<br /> mately 195 pounds and is about five feet_, eleven inches tall, is approximately
<br /> thirty-four years of age, and 1mm[ with his said wife above named occupied and
<br /> re ided upo the real estate last hereinbefore described as his home until the
<br /> thday of , 1954; that he now is and has been continuously for 'ore
<br /> han J years a full time employee of the Union Pacific Railroad Company
<br /> at Grand Island, Nebraska, in a full time job; that at no time during my ac-
<br /> quaintance with him has he ever been in the employ of John Willman who now
<br /> and for more than fifteen years last past has been engaged in the operation
<br /> of a retail grocery and meat market in Grand Island, Nebraska; I positively
<br /> know of my own personal knowledge that said R. Wayne O'Neal is not Russell W.
<br /> O'Neill against whom judgment was obtained in the District Court of the United
<br /> States for the District of Nebraska, Grand Island Division, by Paul A. Porter,
<br /> Administrator, Office of Price Administration, for and on behalf of the United
<br /> States on May 3I , 1946; I further positively state that said R. Wayne O'Neal
<br /> at no time resided at 1732 North Huston Street in the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska;
