- -2/74 - . <br /> f f� <br /> \�'/ <br /> AFFIDAVIT OF IDENTIFICATION <br /> WITH REFERENCE TO LOT SEVENTY-THREE (73) IN <br /> BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION, AN AEDITION TO THE CITY OF G ND ISLAND, NEBRASKA <br /> STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br /> ) ss: <br /> COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> I, John Willman, being first duly sworn on my oath depose and say that <br /> I am a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, am now and have been <br /> for more than fifteen years last past engaged in the grocery and retail meat <br /> business in Grand Island, Nebraska; that I personally well knew Russell W. <br /> O'Neill, and of my own knowledge personally know that for some time prior to <br /> May 8, 19)46, said Russell W. O'Neill did business as Riverside Packing Co., <br /> at a point on the North side of Bismark Road in Hall County, Nebraska, where <br /> the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad right-of-way crosses said Bismark <br /> Road approximately one and one-half miles East of the City Limits of Grand <br /> Island, Nebraska; that for a period of approximately two years subsequent <br /> thereto and until about May 1, 1951, said Russell W. O'Neill was in my employ <br /> in the meat department of my store located at 365 North Eddy Street in Grand <br /> Island, Nebraska where he was a full time employee; that he was of short <br /> stature, about -five years of age and weighed about 150 pounds at the <br /> time he left my said employ; that he resided at 1732 North Huston Street and <br /> from that address moved to an address on East Seventh Street during the time <br /> he was so in my employ; I positively know that said Russell W. O'Neill was <br /> not in the employ of the Union Pacific Railroad Company during his two-year <br /> employment with me above mentioned, and that he moved away from Grand Island <br /> about three years ago and has not resided in Grand Island since that time; <br /> I further positively state upon oath that said Russell W. O'Neill was a <br /> married man during my acquaintance with him and that his wife's first name <br /> was Josephine; that said Russell W.
