SUBORDINATION TO DEDICATION OF ROAD NOW.AIrL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that whereas on the /2. day of . 1954, by written instrument, Walter A. Meinecke and Y , A Evelyn O. Meinecke, entered into a dedication with Lizzie A. Sass and others of a subdivision named "Sass Second Subdivision" located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NEiNEi) of Section Fourteen ( 14), Township Eleven ( 11), Range Nine (9) in Hall County, Nebraska wherein a road (street) is platted and dedicated to the pub- lic through the center of the tract heretofore known as the Center One-half (-i) of Lots One ( 1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4) of Sass Subdivision of such Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of such Section 14; and, WHEREAS, such Walter A. Meinecke and Evelyn 0. Meinecke have heretofore executed and delivered to the undersigned as recorded in Book 88, page 505, in Real Estate Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska a mortgage of such Center One-half of such Lots One ( 1), Two (Z), Three (3) , and Four (4) of such Sass Subdivision as security for the repayment of a loan to the undersigned ; and, WHEREAS, Richard W. Wulf and Emma Wulf are the owners and holders of such mortgage and indebtedness secured thereby; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, to them and in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, such Richard W. Wulf and Emma Wulf hereby acknowledge and agree that the lien of the real estate mort- gage above described and all of their right title and interest there- under shall be subject and subordinate to the plat and dedication of such road (street) in Sass Second Subdivision and the rights of the public in and to such road ( street).
