Harder, each in his and her own right, and as spouse of the other being the grantees in a deed appearing of record in Book 101 on page '493 of Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein the North one-fourth of the East One-half (N*E*) of Lot Seventeen ( 17) in Sass Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NEiNEe) in Section Four- teen ( 14) , Township Eleven ( 11 ) , Range None (9) , in Hall County, Nebraska is conveyed and which Lot Seventeen ( 17) as dedicated and platted in silo,: Sass Subdi-.�ision is dedicated for road or driveway purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid by Herbert Sass, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, we, such Maxwell F. Harder and Lola M. Harder, each in his and her own ri'iht, do herebv grant a right-of-way for electric and telephone lines running north and south through and along a strip twelve feet wide commencing at the north line of such North one-fourth of the East One-half of such Lot Seventeen and extending along the east line thereof to the south line of such North one-fourth of the east One-half of such Lot Seventeen in Sass Subdivision, together with all the rights and privileges therein necessary and convenient for the full enjoyment and use thereof, for the purposes above described, including the right of ingress and egress to and from said strip and also the right to keep cut trees undergrowth and other obstruc- tions of said strip and trees adjacent thereto whenever necessary, To have and to Hold the same unto such Herbert Sass and any utility company or companies, his, its, or their successors and assions, forever.
