<br /> I, Walter H. Loescher, County Cleric of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> do hereby certify that the following is a true copy of a resolution
<br /> of the County Board of Hall County, Nebraska as duly adopted by
<br /> such Board on May 21, 1954, and now of record in the proceedings of
<br /> such Board, to-wit :
<br /> "BE IT RESOLVED THAT WHEREAS Lizzie A. Sass, Herbert Sass, Olga
<br /> Sass Hein, Margaret Sass Baumeister, Lucile Sass Nowlin, Walter A.
<br /> Meinecke, and Evelyn 0. Meinecke presented to this, the County Board
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 41, 1954, their petition in writing
<br /> sirnd by each of them and duly verified by Herbert Sass, the object
<br /> v and prayer of which petition is to vacate certain parts of Sass Sub-
<br /> division of a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br /> (NE4NE -) , of Section 14, Township 11, North Range 9, West of the 6th
<br /> P. M. , of Hall County, Nebraska, as hereafter specifically described ;
<br /> WHEREAS, such petition was presented at a regular meeting of such
<br /> County Board, Franklin L. Pierce appeared for the petitioners as their
<br /> attorney, and Ed Keiss, County Surveyor, also appeared in respect
<br /> of the survey of the parts of such Sass Subdivision petitioned to be
<br /> vacated ; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, it appears to this Board that the parts of such Sass
<br /> Subdivision sought to be vacated are inadequately platted without
<br /> adequate access and so as to create tax assessment difficulties when
<br /> sold in fractions of lots,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, this the County Board of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> grants such petition and does hereby authorize the vacation of and
<br /> vacate all those parts of Sass Subdivision as located on a part of
<br /> the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE4NE4) of Section
<br /> Fourteen ( 14), Township Eleven ( 11), North Range Nine (9) , West of
<br /> the 6th P. M. in Hall County, Nebraska as follows, to-wit: All of
<br /> Lots Seven ( 7) , Eight (8) , Nine (9) , Ten ( 10) , Eleven ( 11 ) , and
<br /> Twelve ( 12) ; and, the south three-fourths (S3/4) of Lots Five ( 5),
<br /> Six (6) , Thirteen ( 13), Fourteen ( 14) , Fifteen ( 15) , and Sixteen
