Blackburn, being first duly sworn on his <br /> oath, deposes.and says as follows: that Norman Dahike was <br /> committed to the Hasting State Hospital at Ingleside, Nebraska, <br /> as a dipsomaniac and not for insanity; that when said Norman <br /> Dahike was not under the influence of alcoholic liquor, he was <br /> perfectly mentally competent; that on October 2, 1952, when said <br /> Norman Dahlke and his wife conveyed by quit claim deed Lot Seventy— <br /> Seven (77) in Belmont, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br /> Hall County, Nebraska, to their son, John H.
