<br /> says that he is a resident of Grand Island, Nebraska, and has resided
<br /> in said City for more than 20 years last past; that he is County Clerk
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, and has served in such capacity for more than
<br /> 6 years.
<br /> Affiant further states that as a County Official he has charge of the
<br /> records of Hall County and is familiar with the records of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and personally knows that in Tax Foreclosure Proceedings brought
<br /> by the County of Hall that said County is referred to interchangeably as
<br /> the County of Hall, County of Hall Trustee, and County of Hall, State of
<br /> Nebraska, Trustee.
<br /> Affiant further states that the "County of Hall", Grantee in a
<br /> Sheriff 's Deed recorded in book 83 of Deeds, at Page 627, in the Office
<br /> of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, and the "County of Hall;
<br /> State of Nebraska, Trustee", Grantor of a deed recorded in book 86, at
<br /> Page 288, Deed records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of said
<br /> County and State, and the "County of Hall, Trustee " referred to in the
<br /> Return to Order of Sale in the Foreclosure Proceedings had in the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, "County of Hall, Plaintiff, vs John
<br /> Summers, et al. , Defendants, " Case No. 8788, are all one and the same
<br /> Corporation, irregardless of the discrepancy in names.
