<br /> to fences,walks,barns or other improvements belonging to said premises. That said Lessee will not allow any intoxicating
<br /> liquor to be sold on the premises nor any gambling or other immoral or unlawful practices, to be done thereon, nor anything
<br /> thereon calculated to injure the reputation or impair the value of the premises or the adjacent property or the neighborhood,
<br /> and that said Lessee will not assign this Lease nor underlet said premises without the consent of said Lessor in writing. And
<br /> said Lessee further covenants with the Lessor, that at the expiration of the time mentioned in this Lease peaceable possession
<br /> of the said premises shall be given to the Lessor in as good condition as they now are, or may be at any time during the term
<br /> of this Lease; that upon the non-payment of the whole or any portion of said rent at the time when the same is above prom-
<br /> ised to be paid, or upon the violation or non-fulfillment of any of the covenants of this Lease, the Lessor may, at j
<br /> election, declare this Lease at an end and recover possession as if the same were23held by forcible detainer; the Lessee hereby, i

<br /> In case the buildings on said premises shall without fault or neglect on the part of the Lessee or of servants
<br /> or employes, be destroyed or be so damaged by the elements or for any cause be untenantable or unfit for occupancy, then 1
<br /> the liability of the Lessee for the payment of rent hereunder,and all rights to possession thereafter shall thence cease.
<br /> Said part of the second part hereby grants to the said part of the first part a lien upon any and all property of
<br /> II said second part kept in use upon said premises to be enforced in like manner as a chattel mortgage, whether exempt
