<br /> registered mail to the Lessor at its place of business in Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, or to the Lessee at its Place of bsirec:s on the
<br /> Premises. Date of service of a notice served by mail shall be the
<br /> date on which such notification is deposited in a Post Office of
<br /> the United States Postal Department.
<br /> 5. In the use of personal pronouns, the masculine, feminine
<br /> and neuter, the singular and the plural, wherever found in this
<br /> agreement, may be considered interchangeably to suit the require-
<br /> ments of the particular phrase or clause in which such Pronoun
<br /> appears.
<br /> 6. It is mutually covenanted and agreed by and between the
<br /> parties hereto that this lease and the covenants and provisions,
<br /> terms and conditions herein contained shall inure to the benefit
<br /> of and be binding upon the successor and assigns, the heirs,
<br /> executors and administrators of each of the parties hereto.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Lessor and Lessee have caused their
<br /> respective names to be signed to duplicate originals hereof, the
