<br /> That we, George Todsen and Sarah 'Helen Todsen, his wife, parties of the first

<br /> as spouse of each other, parties of the second Hart, all of said parties being of
<br /> Hall County and State of Nebraska, do hereby agree one with the other and hereby

<br /> AND, WHEREAS, first parties desire to convey, unto second parties as Joint
<br /> Tenants with right of survivorship a Perpetual Easement through, over, under and

<br /> set forth, in exchange for which second parties desire to convey unto saidGeorge
