R. 17nitnah, husband ana wide , unaer gate of September 19, 1921, and filed of record in Book 56 at page 664 of Deeds in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, I?ebrasla, and conveying property described as follows: The south Twenty (20) acres of tnat part of the southwest Quarter of section -under mrree (3) in m_ownsnip Eleven (11), ,Torth, Range Eine (9) west of the sixth p, y, lying w est of the right of way of the Omaba and Republican valley Railroad company, wnicn railroad runs in a northerly and southerly direction through said quarter section, the twenty acres hereby conveyed extending from the west line of said right of way to the west like of said quarter section, and extending from the'south line of said quarter ,section north for a sufficient distance to make twenty acres. That he knows that the said.
