02 ORDINANCE NO, 2930(con't) <br /> granted; that the plat of said addition, laying out `said land <br /> into lots, blocks, streets, alleys, avenues and public ways <br /> be and the same is hereby in all respects approved. <br /> Section 2.. That the protective covenants and restrictions <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, whic1 shall run with <br /> the title to the lots, tracts and parcels of land in said Morris <br /> Third Addition be, and the same are hereby accepted and <br /> approved, and that the approval of the plat of said addition <br /> and of the covenants and restrictions be endorsed upon the <br /> same and signed by the President of the City Council and the <br /> City Clerk, and that the seal of the City of Grand Island be <br /> thereunto affixed. <br /> SECTION 3, That the plat of said Morris Third Addition <br /> and a certified copy of said protective covenants and restrictions <br /> be, and the same are hereby ordered filed in the office of the <br /> Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as by law provided. <br /> SECTION 4„ This ordinance shall be in force and take <br /> effect from and after its igssage, approval and publication <br /> as provided by law. <br /> Passed and approved by a majority vote of all of the mem- <br /> bers of the City Council, this the 17th day of March, 1954. <br /> 0.
