Fike of Route No. 2.„ (an abutting land owner) of Wood River: Hall County, Nebraska ,for a period of twenty years from December 12., 19..53 (unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms hereof), a portion of its 400 foot right of way in Hall County, Nebraska to be used for agricultural purposes only, described as follows: All that part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S2N4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, which is included between lines parallel with and distant respectively sixty-four (64) feet and two hundred (200) feet, measured at right angles, from and on the northerly side of the center line of the south main track of the railroad of the Lessor, as said track is construct- ed, operated and maintained over and across said Section Twenty (20). The premises above described were formerly included in that certain lease from Union Pacific Railroad Company to Fred J. Miller, dated March 19, 1935, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 11, 1935, in Book "R" of Miscellaneous Records at Page 372, subsequently transferred to Alice F. Langan on September 12, 1942, which said lease (with respect to said premises only) is superseded hereby, the lessee herein being at the date hereof, the owner of the land abutting thereon. The leasehold estate hereby granted shall run with the title to the abutting land,situated in Heal County, Nebraska , and described as follows: All that part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (s N ) of Section Twenty (20), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) Nest of the Sixth Principal Meridian, lying northerly of the right of way of the Lessor, leased to the Lessee hereunder. _ 7-
