Danitz, and I, his wife, are the owners of record of the following described real estate, to-wit: Commencing at a point 50 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 11 North, Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., thence West parallel with the North section of said Section 34, Wotnship 11 North, Range 10, West, a distance of 50 feet; thence South parallel with the East line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 34, Township 11 North, Range 10 West, to the northerly right-of-way line of Federal Highway #30; thence northeasterly along the northerly right-of-way line of said Highway #30 to the East line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 34, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6 P.M.; thence North along and upon the East line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 11 North, Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., a distance of 321.6 feet to the point of beginning; and All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quar- ter of Section Thirty-four (34), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., lying North of the right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railroad Company, and contain- ing two and one-half acres more or less; All being in the N NWI of Sec. 34, Twp. 11 North, Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; and that my said husband, A. L. Danitz, also sometimes known as Anslem L. Danitz, and I are now in physical possession thereof.
