ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br /> THIS ASSIGNMENT, Made this 28 day of January , 19514,
<br /> by and between FRED MEHRING AND HELEN MEHRING, husband and wife, BILL PETERSON
<br /> and HELENE PETERSON, husband and wife, and NICK JAMSON, a single man, parties of
<br /> the first part, to THE OHIO NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, part of the second
<br /> part, WITNESSETH:
<br /> For value received, and as additional security for the loan herein-
<br /> after mentioned, the parties of the first part hereby sell, transfer and assign
<br /> unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns, all of the right,
<br /> title and interest of the parties of the first part in and to the rents, issues,
<br /> profits, revenues, royalties, rights and benefits from the following described
<br /> property:
<br /> Lot Sixteen (16) of the County Subdivision of the West
<br /> Half of the Southwest Quarter (W2SW4) of Section Fifteen
<br /> (15) in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9) West
<br /> of the Sixth P.M. Excepting that part thereof taken by the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Nebraska, for street purposes, as
<br /> shown by Ordinance and plat recorded in Book "0" at Page
<br /> 112 of Misc. Records in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> And to that end the parties of the first part hereby assign and set
<br /> over unto the said THE OHIO NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, its successors and
<br /> assigns, all leases of said premises now made, executed or delivered, and whether
<br /> written or verbal, or to be hereafter made, be the same written or verbal, includ-
<br /> ing see cifically, without limiting the generality hereof, the following lease:

<br /> shall become due, and do hereby direct each and all of the tenants of the afore-
<br /> said premises to pay such rents as may now be due or shall hereafter become due
<br /> to the said THE OHIO RATIONAL LICE INSURANCE COMPANY, its successors and assigns,
