A F F I D A V I T <br /> STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br /> )ss. <br /> COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> Carl E Willard , being first duly sworn on oath, <br /> deposes and says as follows, to wit: <br /> That he well knew Cecil Byron shade who, as C. B. Shade, <br /> was grantee with Mabel M. Shade in a warranty deed dated December 29, <br /> 1951, and in rich Gordon L. Evans and Mildred L. Evans were grantors, <br /> conveying to said persons Lot Two Hundred Thirteen (213) in west Lawn, <br /> an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and <br /> which is recorded in Book 102 at page 648 of Deeds in the office of <br /> the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. That he is now and <br /> for many years lass past has been well acquainted with the said Mabel <br /> m. Shade. <br /> That he knows of his own personal knowledge that the true <br /> name of C. B. Shade was Cecil Byron Shade and that C. B. Shade afore- <br /> said and Cecil Byron Shade were one and the same person. further, <br /> that the said. Mabel M.
