O'Brien of lawful age , being first duly <br /> sworn upon oath deposes and says that he is a resident of <br /> Hell County, Nebraska, and has been for more than 6S— years <br /> last rest; that he has been well and personally acquainted <br /> wlth the Isaac K. Watson family for more than 60 years. <br /> Affiant further states that he was acquainted with <br /> 11ary S. Watson, wife of Isaac K. Watson, who departed this <br /> life on or about July 12, 1890, and that Mary S. Watson, at <br /> the time of her death, left surviving her husband Isaac K. <br /> Watson and three children, Clark Watson, also knows as Clark <br /> A. Watson (now deceased) , John Y. Watson (now deceased) , and <br /> Anna L. Watson who is Anna Watson Necker, and that she left <br /> surviving her no child or children of a deceased child. <br /> Affiant further states that he was personally and <br /> well acouainted with Almeda L. Watson, Nife of Isaac Y. <br /> Watson, and has been for many years well acquainted. T1th <br /> the Isaac K. Watson farm described as the South Half of the <br /> Southeast (;:uarter (SSE ) of Section Trenty-one (21) ,_ Town- <br /> ship Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) , West of the 6th. <br /> P. :1. , in Hall County, Nebraska; that the said Almeda L. <br /> Watson has been in sole and exclusive obssession of said <br /> described farm since at least the year 1900 and was in <br /> Possession of said farm at the time of her death on March <br /> 11, 1953; that affiant is personally acquainted with Roy <br /> Watson, son of Isaac K. Watson and Almeda L. Watson and <br /> to affiant ' s knowledge and belief the said Roy Watson has <br /> been in possession of and has farmed the above described <br /> property for more than 25 years last past and is at the <br /> present time in possession thereof. <br /> Further affiant sayeth not. <br /> Dated this i7 day of December, 1953. <br /> X . 11. ;4 <br /> . . <br /> 1/4, .....
