<br /> Twelve , West of the dth P.
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> Roy Watson of lawful age , being first duly sworn
<br /> upon oath deposes and says that he is a resident of Hall County
<br /> Nebraska, and has befn for more than ‘5-0 years last past and
<br /> that he has farmed and been in possession of the real estate
<br /> described, as the South Half of the Sohtheast Cluarter (SSE . )
<br /> of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br /> Twelve (12) , 'Zest of the (-th P. in Ha].]. County, Nebraska,
<br /> for a period of more than 30 years last past as P lesee of his
<br /> Mother, Almeda L. Watson, deceased; that Almeda L. Watson,
<br /> deceased, had been in possession of said described real estate
<br /> for more than 50 years at the time of her death.
<br /> Affiant further states that Nary S. Watson, one of
<br /> the moriv.L;ors of a mortgage to the Iowa Loan and Trust Com-
<br /> ,
<br /> pany, dated December 11, 1888, and recorded in Nook 12, Page
<br /> 259, 1:ortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, departed
<br /> this life on or about July 12, 1890, and left surviving her
<br /> her husband, Isaac K. Watson, and her sole and only children,
<br /> Clark Watson, also known as Clark A. Watson (now deceased) ,
<br /> John K. Watson (now deceased) , end Anna L. Watson who is
<br /> Anna Watson Necker; that Wary S. Watson left- surviving her
<br /> no child or children of a deceased chila.
<br /> Affiant further states tha t his :,:other, Almeda
<br /> L. Watson, deceased, inherited P life estate in said des-
<br /> cribed property upon the death of her husband, Isaac K.
<br /> Watson, on the 8th day of January, 1899, and that the said
<br /> Almeda L. Watson has been in sole end exclusive possession
<br /> of said property since January, 1899 end that this affiant
<br /> was a remainderman of said described premises subject to
<br /> the life estate of Almeda L. Watson and that upon her death
<br /> affiant acquirea a one-seventh (1/7) interest in and to
<br /> said property in accordance with the decree entered in the
<br /> Estate of Isaac Y. Watson as shown by the records of the
<br /> County Court of Hall County, Nebraska; that this affiant
<br /> is one of the Present title holders of old real estate and
<br /> is on this date in possession thereof.
<br /> • This affidavit is made pursuant to the provisions
<br /> of the "7:ar77.etable Title Act" Reissue Revised Statutes of
