STATE OF NEBRASKA ) ( ss. AFFIDAVIT COUNTY OF HALL Win. P. Mullen, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and states that he was ac,ruainted with Ellen Lyons in her lifetime; that the said Ellen Lyons died on date of January 21, 1925, and at the time of her death was the owner in fee of the following described premises; namely: The Northwest nuarter (NWI) of Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M. The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WiSW;) of Section Two (2) , Township Ten (10) North, Range - Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M. The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (EiNW�.) of Section Ten (10) , Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M. Affiant further deposes and states that he probated the estate of said Ellen Lyons, deceased, and that he was well acquainted with the real estate owned by said Ellen Lyons, deceased, and with the value thereof, and that he was also ac"uainted with her five sons and one daughter; namely: Patrick Kearney, Maria Kearney Ewing, William Kearney, Thomas Kearney, Steven Lyons and Mark Lyons. Affiant further deposes and states that he knows of his own personal knowledge that the value of any of the property received by any of the sons and daughter from the estate of their mother, the aforesaid Ellen Lyons, was less than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) , and that there was no Inheritance Tax due from any of said sons and daughter and neither was there any Federal Estate Tax due from the estate of Ellen Lyons, deceased.
