<br /> I do further certify that at said meeting of the members of•said Trinity Lutheran
<br /> Church - Missouri•Synod, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, held at said Church
<br /> edifice and Church building pursuant to -n.o above notice on October 18, 1953, at the
<br /> hour of 10:45 a.m., of said day, the following Resolution, to-wit:
<br /> "BE IT RESOLVED by the members of Trinity Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod,
<br /> in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, an incorporated religious associa-
<br /> tion having a church building and church edifice and regular place of meet-
<br /> ing in said City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that the Trustees of said
<br /> incorporated religious association, namely, Fred Kuhlman, Frank Kunze and
<br /> Herman fuandt, be and they hereby are authorized, directed and empowered
<br /> on behalf of said incorporated religious association to borrow the sum of
<br /> 3150,000.00 from The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, for a term of ten years with interest thereon at the rate of l -%
<br /> per annum upon. such terms and conditions as they are able to borrow said
<br /> sum, and for the purpose of securing such loan, on behalf of the •Corporation
<br /> to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver to said The First National Bank
<br /> of Grand. Island., Grand island., _Nebraska, a real estate mortgage upon the
<br /> following- described.real estate, as-soon. as title has been acquired, to-wit:
<br /> All of Block Fifty-nine (59) in Wheeler ?w Bennett's Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska and
<br /> That part of Lot Ten (10) of "Home Subdivision of that part of
<br /> the Northwest cuarter (NW?_) of Section Nine (9) in Township Eleven
<br /> (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., which lies West
<br /> of Wheeler Avenue", more particularly described as follows, to-grit:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 10
<br /> which point is 259.2 feet Southerly from the Northeast corner of
<br /> said Lot 10, running thence Westerly parallel to the Northerly
<br /> boundary line of 17th Street in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br /> (as now located) for a distance of 52.0 feet, running thence
<br /> Southerly parallel to the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 10
<br /> for a distance of 132.0 feet to the Northerly boundary line of said
<br /> 17th Street (as now located-), running thence in an Easterly direc-
<br /> tion along and upon the Northerly boundary line of said 17th
<br /> Street (as now located) for a distance of 52.0 feet to the point
<br /> of intersection of said 17th Street with the Westerly boundary
<br /> line of Wheeler Avenue in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> running thence Northerly along and upon the Westerly boundary line
<br /> of said Wheeler Avenue (which is also the Easterly boundary line
<br /> of said Lot Ten) for a distance of 132.0 feet to the place of
<br /> beginning.;
<br /> and to do any and all other things necessary for the purpose of effecting said
<br /> loan.",
<br /> Was adopted by the members of said incorporated religious association by the follow-
<br /> ing vote:
<br /> Total number of members present and voting
<br /> Total number present voting "Aye" for the adoption of said Resolution _35
<br /> Total number present voting "No" for the adoption of said Resolution p
<br /> and that accordingly more than two-thirds of the total members present and voting at •
<br /> said meeting voted in favor of the adoption of said Resolution;
<br /> I do further certify that I am the duly elected and qualified Secretary-Clerk
<br /> of Trinity Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, in Grand Island, ,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> an incorporated religious association; that Fred Kuhlman, Frank Kunze and Herman
<br /> ruandt are the persons and the only persons who are the duly elected, qualified and •
<br /> acting Trustees of Trinity Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, in Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska; that the Articles of Incorporation of said religious association
