<br /> I "-Harold L. Meerkatz, being first duly sworn on my oath depose and say that
<br /> I am the Secretary-Clerk of Trinity Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, in Grand Island,
<br /> • Hall County, Nebraska, an incorporated religious association, having a 'church building
<br /> and church edifice and regular place of meeting at Second and Vine-Streets in the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that the following is a true and exact
<br /> copy of the Notice of the meeting held for the purposes therein stated, to-wit:
<br /> NOTICE
<br /> . To the Members of Trinity Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, in Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, an incorporated religious association:
<br /> You are hereby notified that on the 18th day of October, 1953, at the hour
<br /> of 10:15 o'clock a.m., of said day,- at the church edifice of said Trinity Lutheran
<br /> Church - Missouri Synod, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being the same church
<br /> edifice of Trinity Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, Grand Island, Nebraska, which
<br /> last named unincorporated religious association was formerly Evangelical Lutheran
<br /> Trinity Congregation in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a meeting of the Members
<br /> of said incorporated church will be held for the purpose of passing upon the matter
<br /> of the adoption. of a Resolution authorizing and directing the Trustees of said incor-
<br /> porated religious association to borrow the sum of 150,000.00 from The First National
<br /> Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, for a term of ten years with interest
<br /> thereon at the rate of L-% per annum upon such terms and conditions as they are able
<br /> i to borrow said sum, and for the purpose of securing such loan, on behalf of the cor-
<br /> poration to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver to said The First National Bank
<br /> of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, a real estate mortgage upon the following
<br /> described real estate, as•-soon as title has been acquired, to-wit:
<br /> All of Block Fifty-nine (59) in Wheeler & Bennett's Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska and
<br /> That part of Lot Ten (10) of "Home Subdivision of that part of
<br /> the Northwest Quarter (PTN ) of Section Nine (9) in Township Eleven
<br /> (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., which lies West
<br /> of ':heeler Avenue", more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 10
<br /> which point is 259.2 feet Southerly from the Northeast corner of
<br /> said Lot 10, running thence Westerly parallel to the Northerly
<br /> boundary line of 17th Street in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br /> (as now located) for a distance of 52.0 feet, running thence
<br /> Southerly parallel to the Easterly boundary line of said Tot 10
<br /> for a distance of 132.0 feet to the Northerly boundary line of said
<br /> 17th Street (as now located), running thence in an Easterly direc-
<br /> tion along and. upon the Northerly boundary line of said 17th
<br /> Street (as now located) for a distance of 52.0 feet to the point
<br /> of intersection of said 17th Street with the Westerly boundary
<br /> line of Wheeler Avenue in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> running thence Northerly along and upon the Westerly boundary line
<br /> • of said Wheeler Avenue (which is also the Easterly boundary line
<br /> of said Lot Ten) for a distance of 132.0 feet to the place of
<br /> • beginning.;
<br /> and to do any and all other things necessary-for the purpose of effecting said loan.
