Hart, said <br /> deed being recorded in Book 106 at page 503 and that the spelling in <br /> the Name of the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company was a typographical error <br /> in the spelling of " Nebraks" and that same should have shown as <br /> "Nebraska" <br /> I do further depose and say that Clarence Morris, Gladys Morris <br /> Nettie B. Welch, Marie Morris and Forest E. West, the parties that <br /> executed the Power of Attorney to Nebraska Loan & Trust Company, a <br /> Corporation, Grand Island, Nebraska on the 14th day of July 1952, <br /> recorded in Book W at page 267 of the Misc.
