<br /> 2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by Jeanne M Woodruff,an Unmarried Person,as trustor,to Earl D.Ahlschwede,Attorney,as
<br /> Trustee,for the benefit of Equitable Bank,fka The Equitable Building and Loan Association of
<br /> Grand Island,Nebraska,A Federal Savings Bank as Beneficiary,dated November 19, 1998,
<br /> and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No.
<br /> 98-111554,has been paid,and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br /> interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
