<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by LARRY G OAKLEY
<br />AND NADINE M OAKLEY, HUSB.AND AND WIFE _ to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />beuefit of HOME F�IIERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOC�A'I'ION O� GRAND �SL�41�D,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated SEPTEMBER 12. 2008 and recorded
<br />OCTOBER 20. 2008 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall Caunty, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200808840 has been paid, and said beneficiazy has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, T'HEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undarsigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the follawing described premises, but only as to
