<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the FAIC as Receiver for Washington Mutual Hank, grants to the
<br />Individuals as officers af Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. the authority, subject to the litnitations herein,

<br />1. To execute, aclmawledge, seal and deliver on behaif of the FDIC as Receiver for
<br />Washingtvn Mutual Bank deeds of trustlmQrtgage note endorsements, lost note affidavits,
<br />assignments of deed of trustlrnortgage and other recorded documents, partial of total
<br />satisfactionlrelease/reconveyances of deed af trastlmortgage, UCC transfer documents,
<br />subordinarions, tax authority notifications and declarations, deeds, bills of sale, and other
<br />iustruments of sale, conveyaace, and transfer, appropriately completed, with aII ordinary
<br />or necessary endorsements, aclamwledgements, a�davits and supporting doctunents as
<br />may be neccissary or appropriats to effect its execution, delivery, conveyance, recordation

<br />Affidavits of Merit, Verifications of Complaints, Notices to Quit, Bankruptcy

<br />filing on behalf of Washington Mufiaal Bank in connection with forecJosure, bankruptcy
