HADENFELDT, A MARRIED PERSON and ANN M. HADENFELDT, HIS SPOUSE (referred to <br />below as "Grantor") and Five Points Bank, whose address is 2075 North Broadwell, Grand <br />Island, NE 68803 (referred to below as "Lender"1. <br />ASSIGNMENT. For valuable consideration, Grantor hereby assigns, grants a continuing security <br />interest in, and conveys to Lender all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to the Rents <br />from the following described Property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: <br />A tract of land located in the Southeast corner of the East Half of the Southeast O.uarter of <br />Section Four (4), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows: All of that triangular piece of land <br />located in the Southeast Corner of Section Four (41, lying South and East of the State <br />Highway #281 <br />The Property or its address is commonly known as 1 ZO E GILTNER ROAD, DONIPHAN, NE <br />68832. <br />CROSS-COLLATERALIZATION. In addition to the Note, this Assignment secures all obligations, debts and liabilities, <br />plus interest thereon, of either Grantor or Borrower to Lender, or any one or more of them, as well as all claims by <br />Lender against Borrower and Grantor or any one or more of them, whether now existing or hereafter arising, whether <br />related or unrelated to the purpose of the Note, whether voluntary or otherwise, whether due or not due, direct or <br />indirect, determined or undetermined, absolute or contingent, liquidated or unliquidated, whether Borrower or Grantor <br />may be liable individually or jointly with others, whether obligated as guarantor, surety, accommodation party or <br />otherwise, and whether recovery upon such amounts may be or hereafter may become barred by any statute of <br />limitations, and whether the obligation to repay such amounts may be or hereafter may become otherwise <br />unenforceable. <br />REVOLVING LINE OF CREDIT.
