<br />VVHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />GARY M BORING AND KATHI,EEN A BORING, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named.

<br />DOCiJMENT #0200304252 has been paid, and said beneficiary ha.s requested in writing tha.t
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and recoavey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and esta.te derived to
